Just 35 miles from Iran, across the Strait of Hormuz lies the Musandam Peninsular.Nicknamed the "Norway of the Middle East" It has vast fjords created by the ice age. It is an extremely remote part of Oman and it took 12 hours to get here from Muscat, including 3 hours worth of border crossings, as you have to go through the UAE to get here.
